Initial Training Pipeline
Every Black Knight cadet follows a clear, progressive path from application to graduation. Our Initial Qualification Training (IQT) ensures each pilot builds tactical proficiency, flight discipline, and combat readiness.
Step 1: Apply & Interview
Submit your application and meet with squad leadership to assess mindset, availability, and team fit.
Step 2: Flight I – Airmanship
Learn startup procedures, SRS comms, tactical formations, aerial refueling, and range entry protocols.
Step 3: Flight II – Air-to-Air
Develop radar mastery and BVR tactics, then engage in close-in WVR fights using both missiles and guns.
Step 4: Flight III – Air-to-Ground
Train with smart munitions (GBU, AGM, CBU), mission planning, target marking, and low-level strike ingress.
Step 5: Flight IV – Capstone
Execute a full mission profile as a flight lead. Complete your final debrief to earn your callsign and custom skin.
